The Year End Ritual : Goals Setting

December is a month when majority of people ( who have a plan in life ) will perform a year end ritual known as Goals Setting. However, there will be others who merely goes through the motion of creating one so that they feel less guilty for their mis-doing.
These group of people usually set a goal such as “to slim down by March 2010″ but before end of January, would have given up by saying “Gosh, it’s so troublesome to do it or maybe I will start after Chinese New Year blah blah blah” Sound familiar ?
Many of us used to behave like this until we discovered that goals setting really enable us to make progress a step at a time until the ultimate goal is achieved.
My goal for the year 2009 was somewhat impressive because I achieved more than 60% of what I have set out to do and I intend to make it at least 80% achievable for the year 2010.

For people who are not working due to retrenchment or walking order ( which is very common at year end ), you should set a new goal to do things differently if the previous results is not up to your expectation. Join a business group or get involves in activities that can help you to make money as well as provide you personal growth.
The wellness industry is an in-thing now and people all over the world are crazy about personal health maintenance as well as wanting to look younger. There are opportunities everywhere but choosing the right company or platform is very important.
