We all know from our younger day that “A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words” but today I would say “A Video Can Give You Various Emotion For A Lifetime !”

How often does a person know the actual feeling of the people taken in a photograph ? He might be smiling despite being sad. However, with a video, a person cannot fake his emotion for too long, do you agree ?

The mood of the video being captured can even be felt by those watching it, isn’t it so ? Just like watching a television or movie.

As video is become more and more popular these days, I am also attempting to try including video into this blog once in a while to see what the respond is like.

Everywhere you go do you hear people saying that “Time Is Running Out!” ? I believed in this affluent society this phrase alone can have multiple meanings to the person saying it. Some Positively and majority Negatively.

As for me, I realized that this is already the half-way mark of my life ( if I live to a 100 years old ). Often, I find myself looking back at where I have been and where I am now then wondering where I would like to go from here.

The main thing is that the days behind me are growing more in number and the days ahead are becoming fewer. This is something beyond my control and that we are all bound and limited by TIME.

I am not so concerned about what I have not done or accomplished, I am more concerned about the Here and Now because it will have an impact on my Future (just as the Past have impacted on my Present).
Whether by my own mistakes or by things beyond my control, I AM at a place in my life where I seems to be “Going Through The Motions”. I have so many things that I would like to accomplish and achieve although it is not going to be easy but I do believe that there is a way for me to do it.

I have changed and scaled down my life so much that I regretted the years that I have wasted but I shall make an attempt to make the next half of my life more interesting.

Even if Time keeps moving along and I have the “Time Is Running Out!” feeling, I know that the future is still very promising for me.
Since young, I was told not to dream too much and whatever vision I had is just “Day-Dreaming” As a result I did not achieved much during the last 35 years, however, since getting involve with Network Marketing my perspective of life changed totally.

Today I have a Dream that allows me to achieve Personal and Financial Freedom which will also give me a Platform to help those in need of such an opportunity ( It will help them change their lives too).

I am not afraid of the future to be honest with you because with the availability of great wellness and anti aging products, I believe that when I passed away in many years to come, the people attending my wake will exclaimed “Gosh, I sure would like to look as Healthy and Young as him when I die !”

My question is “Can One Really Live Young ?” — to me, that is a definite Yes ! Look around us today and you will find that not only ladies are concerned with their outlook, men are becoming more aware of themselves too.

It is all about a positive approach to things in life. It’s a simple philosophy but its empowering. Most important of all, it must start with you !

To live young need a certain form of discipline but its not too difficult either.  Follow some simple steps and you are on your way to “getting younger” e.g.

1. Make sure you are in good health by getting your eye, teeth and skin examined once in a while

2. Ensure you have a  balanced diet, avoid smoking and excessive drinking

3. Cleanse, tone, moisturize, nourish your skin using the right skincare product.

4. Do some exercise to tone your body for the right clothing or shoes that you wear.

5. Smile or Laugh often to put you in a cheerful mood.

6. Be thankful with what you have and always think positive instead of negative.

December is a month when majority of people ( who have a plan in life ) will perform a year end ritual known as Goals Setting. However, there will be others who merely goes through the motion of creating one so that they feel less guilty for their mis-doing.

These group of people usually set a goal such as “to slim down by March 2010″ but before end of January, would have given up by saying “Gosh, it’s so troublesome to do it or maybe I will start after Chinese New Year blah blah blah”  Sound familiar ?

Many of us used to behave like this until we discovered that goals setting really enable us to make progress a step at a time until the ultimate goal is achieved.

My goal for the year 2009 was somewhat impressive because I achieved more than 60% of what I have set out to do and I intend to make it at least 80% achievable for the year 2010.

If you have trouble setting goals, asked people who are doing it to teach you a trick or two. Or you can search for FREE Articles in the Web about Goals Setting. Just asked and there will definitely be someone to help out, trust me !

For people who are not working due to retrenchment or walking order ( which is very common at year end ), you should set a new goal to do things differently if the previous results is not up to your expectation. Join a business group or get involves in activities that can help you to make money as well as provide you personal growth.

The wellness industry is an in-thing now and people all over the world are crazy about personal health maintenance as well as wanting to look younger. There are opportunities everywhere but choosing the right company or platform is very important.
