We all know from our younger day that “A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words” but today I would say “A Video Can Give You Various Emotion For A Lifetime !”
How often does a person know the actual feeling of the people taken in a photograph ? He might be smiling despite being sad. However, with a video, a person cannot fake his emotion for too long, do you agree ?

Wow, another month has gone by and I must say that Singapore has been kept busy with the National Day Parade Celebration as well as the Youth Olympic Game, which is still in progress.
I was busy re-adjusting my Goals so that I can achieve what I want for the next 2 to 5 years and with the successful business model that I am involved in, its a DONE DEAL !

The past few days have been rather hectic due to activities that was included into my schedule in an endeavour to make this blog as exciting and informative as possible so that you will want to come back for more in the future.
After completion of the weight management program, the energy level that was felt by me was so refreshing that its like I’m back to my younger age. I truly believe that with a healthier mindset it will definitely create a better you !
